While visiting Angkor Wat, we met Pech, a monk from Siem Reap. He invited us to his pagoda and we spent an afternoon with the monks at his pagoda.

We left Saigon and took a bus and a boat on the Mekong Delta to Cambodia. On the Mekong, we visited floating markets and villages. We also visited an island and had to take small canals to reach it.

We arrived to Saigon (officially Ho Chi Minh) and visited the Cu Chi tunnels (there was 75 miles of tunnels now partly destroyed by the last war). Those tunnels were used by the Vietcongs to fight against the Americans during the last war.
