We left Ayutthaya to go to Chiang Mai, a lovely town in the North of Thailand. As it was raining the 1st day we decided to take a Thai cooking class. On the picture I am making the green curry paste to make Chicken Green Curry. That day we also made Pad Thai, Thai Chicken Salad, Hot and Sour Soup, and Mango Sticky Rice.
